A Note on Shipping:

While Common Theory is proudly managed from a small town in South Central Pennsylvania, our products are fulfilled from warehouses through trusted partners in Asia, and occasionally in the United States. 

Because fulfillment locations vary by product, shipping times may differ from order to order, but on average take 7-10 business days (some shorter, some up to 14 days). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide a wide selection of products, at reasonable price points, while partnering with suppliers around the world.

Common Theory Return & Exchange Policy

At Common Theory, we want you to love your purchase. Please review the following return, refund, and exchange guidelines before submitting a request.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return and full refund.

To be eligible for a refund on a product that arrived damaged:

• Common Theory must be notified within 10 days from the date on which the tracking information displays that the product was delivered.
• Customers must submit photos clearly showing the damage to the product.
• All requests are subject to a formal review by Common Theory.

To submit a damaged-product return request, please email shopcommontheory@gmail.com and include your order information and clear photos of the damaged product. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Common Theory will provide further instructions regarding the return and refund process.

Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased on sale or with the use of any discount code are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All sale and discounted purchases are considered final sale.

Exchanges

Full-priced products are eligible for product exchanges if Common Theory is notified within 10 days from the date on which the tracking information displays that the product was delivered.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label associated with an exchange.

If you would like to exchange an eligible full-priced product, please email shopcommontheory@gmail.com with your order information and details regarding the product you would like to exchange. Exchange requests will be reviewed before being approved.
